Our community is made up of three separate neighborhoods, each governed by its own board, documents, and rules. Understanding this structure is important so that questions and concerns are directed to the correct group.
Community Breakdown
In total, our community consists of 548 residential units.
Each neighborhood operates independently, with its own board of directors, governing documents, and property management responsible for issues within that specific neighborhood.
The Autumn Woods Community Association (AWCA) Master Association has a limited scope of responsibility, which includes:
The Master Community Manager is Tony McHugh. His responsibilities relate only to Master Association items listed above.
Tony is not responsible for matters related to individual neighborhoods, such as HOA rules, neighborhood landscaping issues, architectural approvals, or neighborhood-specific concerns. Those matters must be directed to the appropriate neighborhood board or property manager.
When homeowner concerns that belong to the neighborhood associations are directed to the Master Association, it creates confusion and slows resolution, since those issues must ultimately be handled by the correct governing board.
